Physical Description:
Leyra is quite a bit shorter than her fellow clan members. Most of them reaching a nice 10'+, while Leyra stopping at only 9'6". Despite the gap in height, Leyra still has the normal body type of all Na'vi females. She is slim in her waist and has powerful and taught muscles building her form. She wears her hair relaxed, which is odd for the Na'vi people. She keeps it cut short, except for the long pony tail in the back.
Leyra is a bit of an oddity when it comes to the Na'vi people. Not only is she shorter, but she has adopted some styles from the humans. She has pierced her ears and left small earrings all along the lower half of her pointed ears. She loves to wear beads and everything that hangs, so it is not often than you don't see Lyra is some sort of odd get-up.
Background:
Leyra was born to two happy parents. They had been trying to conceive for many months without success. Once Leyra was born, the small family rejoiced and named her Leyra, "The One we Wished For." Ever since a very early age, Leyra has always been a bit spoiled. Her parents not being able to have another child, gave Leyra everything she wanted and more. They even turned a blind eye towards their child's budding curiosity for the humans.
From the early "teenage" years and on, Leyra always had an odd obsession with the way the humans lived. Ever since she first got her Ikran, Leyra would fly over the once-abandoned military base and watched what the humans would do. She found the way they dressed to be quite odd, and how they hung jewelry from their skin.
Despite the curiosity, Leyra is a bit jaded. She expects everything to be handed to her and sometimes gets frustrated when it's not. She is still a kind girl deep down. She will go out of her way to help any injured or fallen animals, as she sees each living creature (human or otherwise) a gift from Eywa.
Abilities:
Being a Na'vi, Leyra is blessed with the normal agility and strength of her people. She has well developed eye sight and hearing and can be a lethal hunter both during the day and night.
Strengths:
Leyra has a way with animals. She was easily able to bond with her Ikran and find her spirit animal. Leyra and her Ikran seem to fly as one, and as such, often will preform small flying tricks for a crowd of youngsters.
Weaknesses:
Due to Leyra's height, she is often considered weaker in her clan than others. Despite Leyra's protests, it is true to a degree. She is unable to work as hard or as long as the others, and can often get frustrated by this knowledge and simply give up before she even tries. Leyra is also a bit of a tease, she likes to go around pulling tails and hiding weapons from the warriors of the clans. This often lands her in trouble.
